Egg-in-a-Heart


Growing up, the classic Egg-in-a-Hole was my favorite breakfast meal. Following this recipe, I replicated it by using a heart cookie cutter instead of a standard circle. Oat-nut wheat or sourdough bread both work really great with this recipe.
